A couple claim to have quadrupled their salaries while having "more fun" by swapping their jobs in the ambulance service for OnlyFans.

Kayley Winterson, 26, and Emily Rose, 28, quit their jobs as emergency medical technicians in the ambulance service after suffering "extreme burnout and traumatic jobs" whilst working on the front line of the NHS.

The duo from near Norwich went from life savers to posting saucy pics as they set up their own OnlyFans account.
