A routine parcel delivery turned into an unexpected moment of kindness when a delivery agent stepped in to help a woman after a fire broke out in her kitchen. Dr Shivangi Joshi shared the CCTV footage on Instagram, along with a heartfelt account of what happened. Her post has since caught people's attention, with many touched by the delivery agent's quick response. According to Joshi, the delivery agent had arrived at her home the previous night to drop off a parcel when the kitchen caught fire. Rather than simply completing his delivery and leaving, he stepped in to help her when she needed it most. In her Instagram post, Joshi recalled how the delivery agent did not hesitate to help when the situation took an unexpected turn. She was grateful that he stepped forward instead of standing by while she dealt with the emergency.
