An "incredibly chic" black dress which costs £45 has fashion fans rushing to Marks and Spencer. The Pure Cotton V-Neck Midaxi Waisted Dress has been praised by fans after It featured in a social media video in which a shopper tries on a number of items from M&S' range.
The £45 dress dress, which comes with shirring at the waistline and three-quarter sleeves with tie fastenings, clearly caught some eyes, Chronicle Live reports. It's a great "breezy choice on summer days", according to M&S.
Shoppers have been quick to express their love for the stylish wardrobe staple, with one five-star review describing it as "a lovely lightweight poplin cotton dress".
The glowing review added: "Nice v neck front and back , lots of lovely details and the shirred waist is finished lovely. It is lightweight so perfect summer wear , it can easily be dressed up but likewise a nice day time dress which is what I bought it for".
"This black dress is gorgeous!" one fan praised under the social media clip, while another hailed it as "incredibly chic". A third shopper wrote: "Love the black dress." Someone else commented: "I would love this dress."
It wasn't just the dress that garnered attention from M&S shoppers as the wide-Leg Jeans in the clip, priced at £35, were called "flattering and comfy" by reviewers. And the Pure Cotton Striped Round Neck Jumper which costs £39.50 received a five-star rating that called it: "true to size and looks more expensive than it is."
The review added: "Great colours which will go with several pairs of trousers so I will get a lot of wear out of this."
