Jesse Lingard has posted an update on social media during the international break ahead of a critical part of the season for Nottingham Forest.
The Reds face a double-header against relegation rivals Wolves and Leeds United when the Premier League season resumes next weekend. Steve Cooper's side are currently just two points above the bottom three.
Forest could do with a good run of form from the former Manchester United midfielder, who left Old Trafford in the summer to join the Reds amidst much fanfare.

Lingard has yet to score or register an assist in the Premier League for Forest with his only goals for the Reds coming in the Carabao Cup.
And it looks like he is getting ready for when Forest's campaign resumes after the international break. On Saturday, March 25, he posted two pictures on Instagram of himself in training with the caption: 'Happy. Healthy #Jlingz.'
The first picture sees him alongside Brennan Johnson whilst the second is of him smiling whilst jogging.
Forest face Wolves on Saturday, April 1, at the City Ground before taking on Leeds three days later at Elland Road as they fight for survival with just 11 games of the season left.
