Former Cardinals S Tony Jefferson retires, joins Ravens as scout

Tony Jefferson Cardinals Ravens Adrian Wilson

Ten years ago, the Arizona Cardinals signed safety Tony Jefferson as an undrafted rookie. He played four seasons for them, becoming a reliable starter, before leaving in free agency and playing another five seasons for the Ravens, 49ers and Giants.

He announced his retirement on Thursday and immediately moved into a scouting role.
