Country music icon Dolly Parton has announced the passing of her beloved husband, Carl Dean, at the age of 82. The news was shared by Dolly Parton herself, revealing that Carl Dean, her partner of nearly 60 years, had passed away.

Carl Dean, who was known for his private nature and avoidance of the spotlight, was married to Dolly Parton since 1966. Despite his preference for a low-key lifestyle, he played a significant role in supporting Dolly Parton's career and stood by her side throughout their long and enduring marriage.
