The Cleveland Browns had to deal with an off-the-field issue with rookie defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. before he ever took an NFL regular season snap.
Now coming out of a five-game suspension, the Browns have made their decision on how to proceed with Hall Jr. as they get set to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 6. Head coach Kevin Stefanski spoke to the media on Friday and let it be known that Hall Jr. will officially be active for the game and make his NFL debut on Sunday.
The Browns have their defensive line at full strength, except Maurice Hurst, who is questionable. It is to be seen just how many snaps Hall Jr. will play and in what situations the lethal interior pass rusher will take the field. Can he help the Browns get back in the win column after a 1-4 start?
We’ll find out on Sunday.
