In a bid to keep the roads as safe as possible, Avon and Somerset Police is deploying mobile speed cameras across Bristol and South Gloucestershire this week.
One of the biggest causes of fatal crashes on Britain's roads is speeding, alongside mobile phone use, not wearing seatbelts, and drink/drug driving. The consequences for those caught above the speed limits risk penalty points, fines, a speed awareness course, a summons to court, or even the loss of their driving licence.
Below is the full schedule for Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset for the week beginning Monday, February 21, 2022. However, speed cameras could be deployed anywhere on the region's roads, so don't think that this is a licence to speed elsewhere.
