Christmas came early for Amazon Prime members. Amazon announced this week it's expanding its same-day grocery delivery service to more than 2,300 cities. Initially, same-day grocery delivery was limited to about 1,000 cities, including all the usual hubs like Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Miami, and New York City. Now more Prime members than ever can get fresh produce and other kitchen staples delivered to their doorstep.

“This expanded offering is supported by continued innovation within Amazon’s Same-Day Delivery network designed to deliver more selection, faster—innovation that puts us on track to deliver at our fastest speeds ever for Prime members globally for the third year in a row,” per Amazon's news release.
