Endurance racing is enjoying a boom period as manufacturers flock to build cars for the new Hypercar class regulations with the aim of winning the Le Mans 24 Hours.

Hickman won four races at the 2023 TT, with a double in the Superstock class, a win the second Supertwin contest and victory in Saturday’s Senior TT.

Although neither the rider nor Yamaha has anything to say about it, Autosport has learned that both parties have decided to end their agreement.
