A woman's £30 Puma sliders saved her life after she was electrocuted while vacuuming her garden.
Kerry Tattersley, was thrown into a wall by the force of an electric shock, which happened when she went to unplug her vacuum after cleaning her fake grass. The 36-year-old said her arms "were shaking" after the shock and she felt like she had no control over them, the MEN reports.
The support worker from Halifax, said: "I was in my garden vacuuming my artificial grass and my extension lead was plugged in too. I had finished vacuuming the grass and went to unplug the extension and the back plastic bit must have been loose.
