An awkward situation emerged for those who worked at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Tuesday night when a glaring scheduling issue arose. Trae Young shocked the Celtics in Game 5 when he hit a game-winning three-pointer to send the Hawks back to Atlanta for a Game 6, but amid the excitement, it was noticed that State Farm Arena had double-booked the venue with a Janet Jackson concert originally scheduled for Thursday.
It was a nightmarish scenario, but quickly resolved when Bleacher Report’s Chris Haynes reported that the concert would be delayed by one day. And on Wednesday morning, Young tweeted the perfect reaction to the whole ordeal.
😕 ..sorry not sorry to this LEGEND.. Hope she can be at the game now! 🫡 https://t.co/LiNGoRjQLR

“..sorry not sorry to this LEGEND.. Hope she can be at the game now!” Young wrote on Twitter.
It would truly be something for Jackson to show up and support the Hawks. They’ll need all the help they can get to force a Game 7 against the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference.
Tip-off is scheduled for Thursday at 8:30 p.m. ET on TNT. It’s a long shot, but it would be a sight to see the legendary artist courtside in an act of good faith.
