CARACAS — For the fourth time in three weeks, relatives of Venezuelans jailed for political reasons converged on a government building Thursday, this time choosing the country's highest court as the backdrop. The Alliance for the Freedom of Political Prisoners called supporters to the gates of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) at 11 a.m., asking magistrates to do what months of amnesty announcements have not: move stalled case files and enforce release orders judges have already approved.
