Roy Keane slammed David De Gea and claimed Manchester United 'need a new goalkeeper' after Saturday's FA Cup final defeat to Manchester City.
A second-half strike from Ilkay Gundogan squirmed past De Gea to give City a 2-1 lead. The score remained that way for the rest of the game and City moved one step closer to emulating their Manchester rivals and securing a famous treble.
De Gea has come in for criticism for a number of high profile errors leading to goals this season. Keane has long been critical of De Gea, and was scathing in his assessment of the Spaniard after today's final.

"United have got to get a new goalkeeper,' Keane said of De Gea, "They need a world class striker and a new goalkeeper.
"They need some other players and some strength in depth but they need a new goalkeeper and a world-class striker. I'm sick of saying it.
'"That’s the thing with top goalkeepers, they get you over the line in certain games and could have been the difference today.
"You expect your keeper to save that and he didn't and that’s why we’re seeing these celebrations. For Man United, they need a world class goalkeeper and he isn't."
Ian Wright was equally critical of De Gea, and believes Erik Ten Hag has to improve in that department to take United to the next level.
"They need to at least get a goalkeeper. We’ve seen some big mistakes from him this season and they need to at least get a goalkeeper that’s going to push him.
"So if he is going to make those mistakes they have someone who can come in and then they can have their turn.
