A publican has been placed on the sex offenders' register, after sexually assaulting a female staff member.
Scott Rae targeted the woman twice at Cheerz Bar in Falkirk 's High Street, where he is the sole director.
On one occasion bar boss Rae, 55, handled her buttocks, then later undid her belt and put his hand under her shorts - touching her private parts through her underwear.
The incidents happened on November 1 last year.
At Falkirk Sheriff Court, Rae, of Grahamston, Falkirk, pleaded guilty to sexual assault.
Sheriff Karen Kirk deferred sentence for reports until July 14th, when the Crown will narrate the facts of the case.
Solicitor Billy Hendry, defending, said these had been agreed.
Bail was continued.
