Per Washington State University linebacker Daiyan Henley, Washington State University linebacker Daiyan Henley was in Charlotte on Wednesday for a top-30 visit with the Carolina Panthers.
The 23-year-old defender posted the following story on his Instagram account earlier this evening:

Given Carolina’s lack of depth at the inside linebacker position, Henley could very well be an option with the team’s second-round pick. That selection sits in the 39th overall position, which will likely be in Henley’s range come draft time.
The 6-foot-1, 225-pounder tallied six years of college eligibility, with five of them coming at the University of Nevada. There, he totaled 150 tackles and four interceptions over 38 games—a run that ended with a Second-team All-Mountain West selection in 2021.
Henley moved on to Washington State for the 2022 campaign. He’d shine for the Cougars—recording 106 tackles (12.0 for a loss), 4.0 sacks, three forced fumbles and an interception. His efforts earned him a First-team All-Pac-12 nod.
