Octopus Energy told to pull ‘misleading’ energy switch ads after British Gas complaint

Octopus Energy has been told it must remove some of its advertisements after a watchdog upheld complaints made by rival British Gas over their accuracy.

British Gas said the adverts could mislead customers about the savings they could make by switching to Octopus Energy.
