The 11th annual Murphia List, a celebration of Irish hospitality talent working in London, has been released for 2025. Sixty six names now make the cut, 13 of them new.
Of the list, a third are women, which plays in stark contrast to the lack of diversity of this year’s Michelin awards. New names include Christine Walsh, head chef of the celebrated Chishuru; Nobuku Okamura, wine manager at Mayfair’s Farm Shop Wine Bar; and Christina Blevins, head chef at Jason Atherton’s Row on 5.
