An Illinois man shared a story about his experience at Texas Roadhouse which has gone viral on the internet. Kenneth Card claimed that the restaurant repeatedly served him a cheaper cut of steak instead of the filet mignon he ordered. Card quickly noticed that he was served a sirloin instead of his requested eight-ounce filet. He was able to identify the difference as he is a former cook himself who has experience with different cuts of meat and the ability to tell them apart.
