MrWhoseTheBoss Shares Shocking 26-Hour Detention Experience in US

During an interview with Dexerto

Maini answered a series of personal questions he had never addressed publicly before. One revelation, in particular, stunned fans online.

When asked about the biggest offer he had ever turned down, Maini clarified that it was actually the “biggest offer” he never got the chance to complete.

According to the YouTuber, he had once received a lucrative offer worth $300,000 to cover a high-tech stadium project being built in the United States. Excited about the opportunity, he travelled to the country for the assignment.

However, things reportedly took a dramatic turn at border control.

Maini recalled being questioned by immigration officials shortly after landing. After informing them about the purpose of his visit, he was allegedly directed into a separate room where he was instructed not to use his phone.

The creator said he was unable to contact the sponsors waiting for him at the airport pickup area, leaving them unaware of what was happening.

What initially seemed like routine questioning soon escalated into hours of interrogation, according to Maini. He described the atmosphere as increasingly “accusatory” before officials allegedly moved him to another room that he described as intimidating and frightening.

The YouTuber further claimed that he was subjected to a strip search by armed guards and described the experience as “very violating.” He also revealed that he remained detained for nearly 26 hours without being able to contact his family or anyone else.

“I remember feeling just like inhuman,” Maini said emotionally during the interview.

Eventually, he was released only to be deported from the country. Maini shared that he did not regain access to his phone until after his return flight had already taken off, which was the first time he could message his family.

He also claimed that the incident continues to affect his travels to the US, saying he is routinely taken aside for secondary questioning whenever he enters the country because there is now a “black mark” associated with his name.

The story quickly sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many users expressing sympathy and outrage over the alleged treatment.

Several fans questioned how such incidents could happen without explanation, especially to someone with a public platform and global recognition. Others described the reported strip search and prolonged detention as excessive, while some social media users accused authorities of racial profiling.

Maini’s revelations have since ignited broader discussions online about immigration procedures, airport detentions, and the experiences faced by international travellers at border control checkpoints.
