A model had her breasts checked for cancer live on air on This Morning today to give women at home simple advice on what to do, and what to look for.
The model joined guest Kelly Hoppen, former star of Dragons' Den, who discussed her own cancer diagnosis and said she is still "afraid to check" her own breasts despite beating the disease.
GP and TV doctor Dr Sara Kayat explained: "Part of the examination for breast is looking and feeling so we'll start with looking. You look in the mirror, straight on, you're looking for any changes in shape, size, outline, any asymmetry.
"You're also looking at the skin, making sure there's no puckering or dimpling on the skin, there's no rashes, eczema, scaling, crusting and then you're looking at the nipples for any inversion or whether the nipples are pointing in any other direction, if there's any discharge."
She added: "And if you have got larger breasts it's important to lift up the breasts as well and look underneath the breasts."

This Morning's Alison praised Sara for performing the check on a model with larger breasts, reports The Mirror, as the doctor said: "It's so important because often you seen small breasts and it's easier with smaller breasts but it's important that everyone is included."
