A man has died after falling from scaffolding at an industrial estate in Glasgow.
Emergency services, including Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service, raced to the scene on Houston Street in the Kinning Park area of the city at around 2pm on Thursday, November 3.
It is understood the man fell from the structure while working on a site in the estate. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name and age are not yet known. Police Scotland has now launched an investigation to piece together exactly what happened.
A force spokesperson said: “Around 2pm on Thursday, November 3, we received a report of an industrial accident at a premises in Houston Street, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a man was pronounced dead at the scene. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
