Kim, who recently split from comedian Pete, revealed in July that she's now 'skinnier than ever' after dropping a whopping 21lbs in just under a month.
The reality TV star had enjoyed several tropical getaways with Pete, 28, in recent months, with her frame looking trimmer than ever following her strict Met Gala diet.
The 41-year-old drastically cut her calories ahead of the annual ceremony in a bid to fit into Marilyn Monroe's iconic 'Happy Birthday Mr President' dress, but even after the prestigious event, she continued to drop the pounds by cutting out junk food completely.
This of course had a knock-on effect on her body, with the reality star spilling on her lifestyle changes during a recent appearance on the Today Show.
Addressing the drama of her Met Gala weight loss on the show, Kim said: "Yeah you know I looked at it like a role.
"I really wanted to wear this dress. It was really important to me.
'It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health and since then, afterwards, I continued to eat really healthy.
"I am down 21 pounds now. I'm not trying to lose any more weight but I have more energy than ever.
"I cut out so much sugar. A lot of junk food I was eating. I didn't even realise it. A lot of fried foods. And I completely changed my lifestyle," Kim revealed.
And on her most recent tropical trip, Kim looks slimmer than ever.
