Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady have reportedly been getting "friendly."
The unlikely duo were said to have struck up a friendship as the reality star has started looking to buy a vacation home in his exclusive Bahamian community.
Kim had even asked Tom for advice ahead of making the trip to take a look at a property in Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club, an exclusive members-only residential community in the Bahamas.
The 42-year-old was spotted touring the resort after flying out to the island.
Sources have told Page Six that Kim "really likes" the retired NFL pro but stated that there's currently "no romance" between the two, but the insider didn't deny a possibility.
“Kim really likes Tom. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker’s Bay," they said. "She’s only human — he’s gorgeous!”
The community has homes owned by Hollywood's A-Listers such as Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Michael Jordan, Justin Timberlake and Reese Witherspoon.
Kim has been single since last August when she broke up with Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson. The pair dated for nine-months and during their whirlwind romance, Pete had several tattoos dedicated to the media mogul.
According to insiders close to the couple, the pair has "a lot of love and respect for each other," but struggled to navigate the long-distance dynamic as well as their demanding schedules "[making] it really difficult to maintain a relationship."
A source close to Kim, who shares North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm with her ex-husband and rapper Kanye West, revealed that she's "open to dating again."
“Kim is more open to dating again and putting herself out there,” they told Entertainment Tonight. “She is feeling good and confident and is in a great place.”
Meanwhile, Tom has also been single again since divorcing supermodel Gisele Bündchen after 13 years of marriage.
In a statement, he told his Instagram followers that he and Gisele made the “painful and difficult” decision “after much consideration.”
“We only wish the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written,” he concluded.
