Internationally acclaimed theatre company, Tall Stories, is bringing its smash hit show, The Gruffalo, to Lanark.
Running from next Tuesday, July 5, to Thursday, July 7, at Lanark Memorial Hall, the production is based on the nation’s favourite picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.
Children and adults alike will join Mouse on a daring adventure through the deep, dark wood in Tall Stories’ magical, musical adaptation of the classic book.
Searching for hazelnuts, Mouse meets the cunning Fox, the eccentric old Owl and the high-spirited Snake. Will the story of the terrifying Gruffalo save Mouse from ending up as dinner for these hungry woodland creatures? After all, there’s no such thing as a Gruffalo – is there?
Songs, laughs and monstrous fun for children aged three and up and their grown-ups, in the much-loved show that’s toured Britain and the world!
The show will take place on Tuesday, July 5 at 2pm; Wednesday, July 6 at 11am and 1.20pm and Thursday, July 7 at 11am or 1.30pm at Lanark Memorial Hall, 13 St Leonard St, Lanark ML11 7AB.
Tickets cost £12.50 or for a group 10+ £11 and are available by calling the Box Office on 01555 673199 or visit sllcboxoffice.co.uk
