Honda is happy to report that, seemingly against all odds, customers actually want its new hybrid coupe that brings back an important nameplate. Well, at least if we’re strictly talking about the Limited Edition it introduced earlier this year in Japan. The special Prelude has received an “overwhelming response” in its domestic market, prompting Honda to roll out the electrified two-door in Europe as well.
Honda isn't simply slapping a badge onto the trunk and calling it a day. The 2027 Limited Edition gets an exclusive Premium Crystal Garnet Metallic exterior color, a dark red shade that suits the coupe quite nicely, we’d add. Look closer, and you’ll also spot subtle red accents on the bumpers, complemented by Brembo brake calipers hiding behind the 19-inch black wheels.
