Home Bargains shoppers are rushing to snap up heavily reduced beauty products after one woman spotted them on sale for just 99p. She spotted two Lumin products - keratin recovery shampoo and clarifying body wash - at the bargain price in her local store.
The recommended retail prices of the products, both in 275ml sizes, were £22.99 for the shampoo and £13.99 for the body wash, according to the in-store price tags. But the woman walked away with both for less than £2.
After trying out the "nice" products, Sarah Hughes shared her find with other bargain hunters on Facebook. She uploaded photos of products in-store on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, writing: "Bought yesterday in home bargains. Tried them both this morning ..Nice.. 99p."

In the comments, dozens of people tagged others alerting them to the bargain. Some asked the person they tagged to grab the products for them when next at Home Bargains.
The Lumin keratin recovery shampoo has numerous five-star reviews on Amazon, where a two-pack is currently listed for £13.79. One reviewer wrote: "Great product, been using it for a while now."
Another person posted: "The shampoo is very refreshing, slight mint hint. It does not produce a lot of foam though but cleans the hair nicely."
Someone else shared: "Tried a few higher priced shampoo and conditioner sets but i like the way this one smells and and leaves your hair feeling really soft and smooth. They are small bottles but you only need a small amount so it lasts pretty well."
One review read: "Love this shampoo, does NOT dry hair out at all, and smells awesome. It doesn't sud up real well, but that's because it doesn't have all the c*** in it that makes mosts shampoo sud up."
