Holly Willoughby couldn't resist making a cheeky innuendo as she returned to This Morning on Thursday.
The 40-year-old TV presenter has been off our screens for a few days after filming another TV show in Italy with Wim Hof.
As she returned to the ITV studio on Thursday, Holly was joined by former Big Brother star Josie Gibson - who is standing in for usual host Phillip Schofield.
Holly began the show by saying: "Hello, good morning and welcome to your Thursday's This Morning!" before turning to Josie and saying: "This is nice!"
"So nice! Welcome back because you've been away," Josie replied.
Mum-of-three Holly continued: "I have been away, I've been in Italy, I was in northern Italy up in the Alps and I was doing a new TV show which us coming out... I dunno, later on this year anyway.
"And I was with Wim Hof. You know the Iceman guru who believes in cold shower a day keeps the doctor way. Completely bonkers but utterly brilliant and we were just doing all sorts of crazy stuff."
She then cheekily added: "It was freezing, I've had heat packs in places I didn't know existed!"
Josie, 37, then said: "Holly, so the big question is: did you do any of the challenges?"
Giggling, Holly replied: "Errrrrrr no! You'll have to wait and see, there was a couple of little moments. I did try and do the cold showers..."
As Josie asked how long Holly had lasted, she admitted: "About 10 seconds!"
It was revealed last month that Holly had been granted two and half weeks off to co-host Wim Hof's Superstar Survival - which will air on BBC.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
