While the Miami Dolphins are among the teams attending this week’s 2023 NFL Scouting Combine, there are plenty of holes on the roster that need to be filled.
One position that’s extremely interesting this offseason is cornerback.
The Dolphins got a mixed bag in 2022. Xavien Howard was a Pro Bowler but had one of his worst years as a pro. Byron Jones didn’t play at all after Achilles surgery, leaving his future in doubt. Nik Needham went down with a torn Achilles midseason, forcing guys like undrafted rookie Kader Kohou and special teams aces Keion Crossen and Justin Bethel into bigger roles.
Miami will likely be looking to add cornerbacks through either the draft or free agency. If they choose to do the latter, these are the names that they’ll have to choose from.
