Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reached a new stage in their marriage and are becoming more independent from one another, a royal expert has claimed.
It has been rumoured recently that the pair have been struggling with their relationship, thanks to Meghan often being pictured without her husband by her side.
And Harry, who is reportedly feeling homesick, is said to be struggling with his new life in California - but according to the editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, a separation isn't necessarily on the cards.
The Scottish Daily Express reports that Ingrid Seward believes that Harry and Meghan are too co-dependent to split at the moment.
Speaking to GB News, she said: "There's been a lot of gossip and a lot of talk that Meghan's been out and about in LA without Harry, but I think they've probably reached the stage in their marriage now when they can do that. Each do their own thing because they were absolutely together like glue...before.
"But I don't think that the marriage is floundering. I just think they're finding a little bit of independence from each other, which we've never seen before. So to us, 'Oh, my goodness, the marriage is breaking up', but I don't think it is because I think Harry is so dependent on her. I think they're codependents and I just don't think it would break up."
Ingrid also suggested that she felt the "hand of Meghan" was responsible for a decision to cut tell-all projects about the royal family.
And she reckons this is to safeguard the future of the Sussex's children Archie and Lilibet going forward, and smooth things over with King Charles.
She said: "I think she's looked at their situation and thought, 'Harry's dad is the king now, and there is no greater accolade than being... he's the son of the king and my children are the king's grandchildren. And we mustn't fall out with the royal family'.
"I think it's Megan and I think she's decided, 'Harry, we got to cool this, we have got to think of a different path because if we don't have the acknowledgment of your father and at least some of the royal family, our brand is not really worth that much'. So I think it's Megan being smart and I think Harry as usual is following along."
