Great British Menu 2023: Four Northern Irish chefs prepare to cook up a storm in new series

Meet the chefs battling it out in the Northern Irish heat for a place in the Great British Menu final.

Back for series 18, four chefs will compete for NI with canapes, starters and fish dishes inspired by animation and illustration celebrating Paddington’s 65th birthday.

Ahead of their appearance on the popular BBC show on March 14 at 8pm, find out a little bit more about who is hoping to take the top spot this year.
