Former Gogglebox star Jonathan Tapper has unveiled a series of 'before and after' pictures showing his incredible three-stone weight loss.
Jonathan, who appeared on the Channel 4 show alongside his now famous daughter, Amy Tapper, decided to completely overhaul his lifestyle after he was struck with Covid back in 2020.
The 53-year-old, who has diabetes, was left struggling to breathe and 'heaving with every breath' while bedridden with terrifying symptoms.
