Let’s be real — going into 2026, the majority of the audience is hyped for just two upcoming bangers: Grand Theft Auto VI and Forza Horizon 6. This is because both are released once in a generation, capable of reshaping the entire gaming industry.
While GTA VI caters to a different crowd, Forza Horizon 6 is for us — people who live for the sports and car culture. Today, the spotlight is on the major selling point of this franchise: the never-ending car list. No doubt that the next entry will feature absolute fan favorites; however, there are some must-adds that we can’t wait to floor across the stunning Japanese highways. So, without further ado, here’s our Forza Horizon 6 car wishlist.
Forza Horizon 6 Car Wishlist
The Holy Grails

These automotive legends have been sitting in the community’s wishlist for quite a while now. Forza Horizon 6 is set in Japan, and the timeless aura that these cars have is only going to make them shine brighter in a Tokyo-like atmosphere. Here’s what we want in the next entry.
- Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren: Arguably the most requested car, this unicorn has been missing from the franchise for years. Hopefully, the licensing issues are resolved so fans can finally get a chance to drive it, once again.
- Bugatti Bolide: The Divo and Chiron have been the go-to speedtrap-breakers for many. However, getting behind the wheel of a track-focused Bugatti Bolide would be a treat for the enthusiasts.
- Ferrari Daytona SP3: This monster came out in 2022, but still failed to appear in Forza Horizon 5. But in the Japanese urban setting, the cyberpunk-ish Daytona SP3 is only going to make the scene prettier.
- Toyota GR GT: This car is all over the car community. With a promising reveal and a planned 2027 global release, we expect it later in the game. Gazoo Racing (GR) is known for its automotive wonders, which makes the twin-turbo V8 Toyota GR GT a worthy candidate for the new Horizon car roster.
The JDM Legends

While Forza Horizon 5 featured loads of JDM legends, we have high hopes for its successor. As the game is now based in Japan, from Kei cars to icons, we want everything. The following JDM vehicles made it to our wishlist.
- Lexus IS300/ Toyota Altezza: We’ve got the LFA, SC300, and even the MK4, but the Altezza, a.k.a the JDM version of the IS 300, remains absent from the Horizon franchise. Hope it’s featured in the next game so enthusiasts can have a fun, 4-door Japanese legend to drift with.
- Toyota Century (V12): There’s no better game than Forza Horizon 6 to add the glorious Toyota Century V12. The car is a symbol of authority and was used by Japan’s CEOs and even the Prime Ministers at some point. We can’t wait for it to make an appearance.
- Suzuki Alto Works: Kei cars are the most significant part of the Japanese car culture. While the game is set to feature plenty, the underrated Suzuki Alto Works deserves a feature. Being a perfect combination of light weight and power, Ford Fiesta drivers will finally get a worthy replacement.
- Suzuki Cappuccino: Following the Alto Works, the Cappuccino is another must-add Kei car. Since the Forza Horizon 5 AZ-1 debut, the demand for this car has gone even higher, and the fans are looking forward to seeing it in the next entry.
Everyday Heroes

Sometimes players fire up the Horizon games just to chill and cruise around with their favorite music in the background. To make this experience as relatable as possible, Playground Games should add some daily drivers to the game.
- Toyota Prius: Instead of just the modern-day Prius, we want to play with various generations. This includes the famous second-gen that we still see on the streets almost every day.
- Honda Odyssey: Last appeared in Forza Motorsport 7, this famous “soccer mom” vanguard remains absent from the franchise. Honda Odyssey making a comeback in the Japanese setting would be lovely.
- Toyota RAV4: This would be one of the most appreciated additions, as the RAV4 hasn’t been to a Horizon festival since the original Forza Horizon.
With that, our wishlist comes to an end. Currently, there are no confirmations or even leaks supporting the appearance of these cars in Forza Horizon 6. However, being a franchise known for its extensive car roster, odds are high that these might get featured in the next best Horizon game.
