India captain Rohit Sharma continues to be the centre of attraction whether on or off the field, and it got highlighted once again when a fan started running behind Rohit's car to get his attention.
In a video going viral on social media, a fan with tricolour painted on his body and Rohit written on his back could be seen running behind the skipper's car.
"Rohit sir!" the fan is heard shouting.
Heartwarmingly, Rohit asked the driver to stop the car to meet the fan and rolled down the window to sign an autograph for him.
While the date and location of the video is not certain, Rohit is currently leading India in the first Test of the three-match series against New Zealand in Bengaluru.
The first day of the Test was washed out by torrential rain in the Karnataka capital.
The next two Tests of the series are scheduled to be held in Pune and Mumbai, after which India will travel to Australia for the much-anticipated Border Gavaskar Trophy. It will be contested over five Tests for the first time.
