Family by the Ton star Drew Anderson was once forced to wear 18XL clothing because of his size, but he now looks completely different after losing more than 12 stone (168lb).
The reality star appeared on the TLC show alongside his cousins Naomi and Chitoka, with the trio weighing a combined 2000lbs between them.
Drew, who alone weighed 48.1 stone (673lb), was so heavy that the scales couldn't record his weight and he admitted he was at risk of "being completely bedridden".
Appearing on the show, he said he often felt like he was "in a fat suit" and just wanted to take it off to get back down to his size.
He explained: "Even though it hurts me to walk, I still have to do it – otherwise I’m in danger of being completely bedridden."
He added: "I have to knock it off with this overeating before it kills me."
Drew hadn't stepped foot on scales in 10 years. When he sought the advice of a doctor, the scales couldn't read his weight and simply instructed him to see the operator.
The maximum weight the scale could track was 39 stone (550 lbs), almost 10 stones less than Drew's weight.
However, Drew underwent gastric bypass surgery and now looks unrecognisable after losing more than 12.5 stone (175lb).
The TV personality has shared his weight loss journey with fans on Instagram and calls himself the "fat activist" and "obesity ambassador", explaining he's "here to knock down stereotypes and insensitivity towards the disease obesity".
In one picture, Drew flaunted his slimmed-down figure while working a black button-down shirt and blue jeans.
He wrote: "I've come a long way. It's called a journey for a reason. That [was] me then, this is me now. Better things to come."
Speaking about his journey, Drew admitted there have been "ups and downs".
"One thing I learned from this situation, this whole journey, is that you will have ups and downs and you will have valleys and peaks.
"You will have times when you put in work and you see what you get and if you don't work, you'll see it.
"I've just been moving around better, the weight is coming off. I've just been feeling real good about myself and it's been going great," he told Distractify.
Drew said it's important for people to change their "entire lifestyle" to lose the weight, saying it's the only way to achieve your goals.
