Hollywood star Blake Lively reportedly kept news of her fourth pregnancy completely under wraps - even surprising her pals.
The Gossip Girl actress, who share daughters James, seven, Inez, five, and Betty, three, with husband Ryan Reynolds revealed her big news at Thursday's 10th Annual Forbes Power Women's Summit in New York.
The 35-year old stunned as she made the announcement, wearing a long-sleeved gold mini dress, which along with a pair of white platform heels elongated her famous slender pins. She accessorised her look with giant gold hoop earrings and a thin white scarf.
A source told People: "Even her friends were surprised that she was pregnant again. She kept it very quiet."
The insider went on to praise the star's attentiveness when it comes to motherhood.
"Her kids are her first priority over everything," the source revealed. "You never would think that Blake Lively, this superstar and beautiful woman would be this regular person who cooks dinner every night and takes care of the family, but she is really wonderful with the kids."
Fans had no idea either that Blake was expecting as there was no sign of a baby bump in a bikini snap she posted on Instagram as recently as August 24.
Forbes published an interview with Blake in May of this year in which she spoke about her three young daughters.
"I think having children for me made me feel so much more in my skin," she said.
"I never felt more myself or at ease in my own body or more confident - not to say that there aren't a bevy of insecurities coming at me a million times a day, but I just feel incredibly settled.
"Family is at the root of everything that I do and it's also at the root of everything that I create," she continued, referring to her non-alcoholic premium mixer line, Betty Buzz.
"So, whenever I create something, I create something with family in mind, because that's just how I live."
She added: "That also goes into the types of films I want to be a part of. I want to be in films, I want to make films, I want to author films that I would be proud for my children to see. Even the gowns I wear - I just want my kids to be proud."
Blake and Ryan met in early 2010 while working on the movie Green Lantern and started dating in October 2011, and went on to marry in 2012.
