Australia is set to feature in the Michelin Guide for the first time after the South Australian government inked a deal with the French company.
The first anonymous Michelin Guide inspectors are already in the state, which is ranked No 1n in the nation for “good food and wine” and “world-class wineries and wine regions” – according to research from the SA Tourism Commission.
