French President Emmanuel Macron said Saturday he was "devastated" by the earthquake in Morocco, which has killed at least 1,300 people, and offered to help relief efforts.

Earlier reports said there were 296 fatalities as a result of the natural disaster, which hit Morocco's High Atlas mountains late on Friday. Read further on Dynamite News:
