The knockout stages of the FIFA World Cup 2026 continue on Thursday (9 July) as France take on Morocco in a blockbuster quarter-final with a place in the semi-finals at stake.

France are chasing a third FIFA World Cup title after lifting the trophy in 1998 and 2018. Les Bleus are also aiming to reach a third consecutive World Cup semi-final after finishing runners-up in the previous edition.
