Bitcoin once again hit another price record Tuesday night amid optimism over a U.S. $BTC reserve, but not everyone is convinced a Bitcoin fund will work – what are the experts saying?

Asset management firm VanEck expressed optimism at El Salvador’s bold Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) bet, terming it as a model of innovation for the emerging world.

SOL surged Thursday after VanEck became the first company to file for a spot Solana ETF, and some analysts have already projected the fund's potential launch sometime next year.

VanEck is setting a high bar for the spot Ethereum ETF circle as it revealed in a new filing that it will initially waive management fees when its ETF launches, providing an attractive offering to investors seeking profits from the much-awaited ETFs.

Bitcoin prices have mostly been down or sideways since once again hitting $70,000 earlier in June.

"It's one of the biggest regulatory 180s in recent SEC history," VanEck told Fortune.

A leaked BlackRock plan on its spot Bitcoin ETF would destroy VanEck's estimate of the crypto investment vehicle's quarterly trading volume.

The coin has seen more than $30 million in inflows from investors over the past two weeks.
