प्रतिबंध के बावजूद इस साल दिवाली की रात दिल्ली में लोगों ने जमकर पटाखे फोड़े. जिसके बाद दिल्ली का वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक 328 दर्ज किया गया. यानि बहुत ही गंभीर श्रेणी में पहुंच गया. पिछले तीन सालों में दिवाली के बाद यह सबसे खराब वायु गुणवत्ता है.
