While other business leaders increasingly turn to return-to-office mandates, Zillow CEO Jeremy Wacksman said the approach has helped the company measure data on performance and collaboration in a more deliberate way. To solve some of the isolation associated with working from home, the company hosts in-person meetings, retreats, and town halls.
