Over 1,000 people have failed the challenge of eating the 6lb Ulster fry in 45 minutes and nine people have completed it to date - including Randy himself in 2014.
This was number six out of eight food challenges Randy has took on in NI.
The YouTuber said: "After finishing up our seven-week Republic of Ireland tour, @Katina Eats Kilos and I spent two weeks exploring most of the major cities and areas around Northern Ireland.
"During our travels, I attempted eight Northern Ireland man vs food restaurant challenges. For eating challenge event #6, we headed to The Newton Cafe / Brunch Bar located in East Belfast, Northern Ireland so we could each attempt their massive 6lb XXL Goliath Irish Ulster Fry Breakfast Challenge which has been attempted over 1,000 times since it first started many years ago.
"I was one of the 9 previous winners since I beat it back in late 2014. I wanted to try the challenge again for fun since Katina was attempting it. I had just 45 minutes to finish everything. There were 4 pieces of soda bread, 4 pieces of toast (8 halves), 2 pancakes (4 halves), 4 potato pancakes, 4 sausages, 4 bacon rashers, 4 fried eggs, 2 tomatoes (halves), 2 fried hash browns, 2 pieces of black pudding, lots of grilled mushrooms, 1 tin of baked beans, and 1 full kilogram of chips (2.2lbs).
"I was trying again to win my £20 Ulster fry up breakfast meal free plus another spot on the Wall of Fame."
Randy successfully completed the challenge in 25 minutes and 48 seconds - and Katina in 33 minutes and 38 seconds.
Randy added: "BIG thanks to everyone with The Newton Cafe / Brunch Bar for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality! Special thanks to everyone from around the Belfast area who came to watch that Friday afternoon.
"We appreciate everyone in the Belfast area and around Northern Ireland who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!
"There are two more huge and delicious Northern Ireland food challenge videos upcoming!"
After the challenge, The Newton Cafe Brunch Bar said: "Randy and Katina both came today to knock down Goliath and both of course were successful.
"Thank you to them and everyone else that came along to cheer them on.
"Absolute awesome people and it was a pleasure to host this challenge. THANK YOU."
