Wynne Evans has confirmed reports that he has been axed from the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour after making an inappropriate remark at the press launch.

The Welsh opera singer, 53, issued a grovelling apology and said he also intended to take time out from his BBC radio show to ‘prioritise my wellbeing’.
