A woman is in hospital after being hit by a bus in Glasgow during rush hour.
Police were called to Dumbarton Road in the West End just after 6pm on Wednesday. The alarm was raised after reports came in of 'a collision between a female pedestrian and a bus'.
The woman was rushed to Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Police failed to disclose her age, the nature of her injuries and current medical condition.

No other injuries have been reported at this stage.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a collision between a female pedestrian and a bus on Dumbarton Road in Glasgow around 6.05pm on Wednesday, 21 September.
“The woman has been taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital."
