A sea of pink gathered outside a Massachusetts courthouse Thursday as hundreds of supporters of Lindsay Clancy rallied during her murder trial, turning the area outside the courtroom into a show of solidarity and a wider call for greater awareness of women's mental health.
Clancy, a former labor and delivery nurse, is accused of killing her three young children in January 2023. Her defense does not deny that the children died at her hands but argues that severe mental illness, including alleged postpartum psychosis, left her unable to be held criminally responsible.
