Whiteladies Post Office temporarily closed for building work

Whiteladies Post Office, located at 169-169A Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2RL, is currently undergoing extensive building work, resulting in its temporary closure.

The branch has been non-operational since Saturday, June 10. The ongoing renovations primarily focus on the retail side of the premises and are estimated to be completed within approximately three weeks. The post office is scheduled to reopen its doors to the public on Monday, July 3.

During this closure period, customers are advised to utilize the nearest alternative branches for their postal needs. The Lower Redland Road Post Office, situated at 68/70 Lower Redland Road, Redland, BS6 6SS, and the Cotham Hill Post Office, located at 3 Cotham Hill, Cotham, BS6 6LD, are available to cater to customers' requirements.

Daniel Rooney, Post Office multiple account executive, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work. The safety of our customers is of paramount, therefore, to allow for the building work to take place, it will be necessary for the service to close temporarily.”
