The UK can expect more warm weather - but the sunshine will make way for some cloudier spells, setting cooler temperatures across Greater Manchester.
Temperatures on Tuesday hit as high as 25C - the hottest day of the year so far in parts of the country. In Manchester, the weather is turning in low clouds but strong sunshine is still likely.
Cloudy conditions are forecast for the morning today (Wednesday) in our region, according to the Met Office, but will melt away to leave an increasingly sunny day, with temperatures reaching around 19C this afternoon.

Tomorrow, forecasters predict any low cloud will break through the morning to leave a day with lengthy sunny spells and light winds - maximum temperatures reaching 22C.
Looking ahead for Friday to Sunday, forecasters predict: "Staying dry with high pressure remaining dominant. Plenty of strong sunshine but some cloud is likely at times, mainly during the mornings. Warm days, albeit cool overnight. Breezy at times."
Met Office senior meteorologist Rachel Ayers said: “It’s been a fine, bright day with warm sunshine across much of the country. High pressure centred to the west of the UK is bringing settled weather , clearer skies and generally drier conditions.
"The wind is coming off the North Sea, blowing into eastern areas. That’s why it’s clear in the west and cooler in the east. Through tonight, clouds are going to push further west, meaning a lot of Wales and south-west England, who have enjoyed wall-to-wall sunshine in recent days, will be waking up to clouds.”
