During lockdown, the global superstar found solace in a million-dollar San Juan mansion, a hidden oasis he largely kept to himself, sharing only occasional glimpses of the sunlit interiors on Instagram Live.
Bad Bunny's love for Puerto Rico is a key theme of his music, but he's also opened up about his favorite corners of the island to interviewers.
Whenever he returns, his first stop is often a simple coastal meal: a cold beer paired with local dishes like mofongo or octopus ceviche, savored at his favorite seaside restaurants. The property later appeared on Netflix’s Owning Manhattan and reportedly sold in May 2024 for $15 million.

4. Mid-Century Bird Streets Residence
In early 2024, Bad Bunny purchased Ariana Grande’s Bird Streets home in an off-market transaction for $8.3 million.
The single-story residence, in the celebrity-favored neighborhood, spans just under 1,600 square feet and sits across three hillside lots totaling 0.74 acres, featuring a two-car garage and a distinctive angular pool.
Built in 1946, the house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it noticeably smaller than Bad Bunny’s other Los Angeles estate. It does, however, uphold a mid-century modern aesthetic, making it one of the most charming additions to his portfolio.
