Love Island is back for 2023 with a winter edition of the popular ITV2 dating show. The new series kicks off on Monday, January 16 with presenter Maya Jama at the helm.
Filmed in South Africa, season 9 will see 10 singletons head to a luxury villa in the hopes of finding love. Among those taking part this year include payroll administrator Anna-May Robey from Swansea, Michelle Keegan body double and Bond star Olivia Hawkins, farmer and TikTok star Will Young, and student and makeup artist Lana Jenkins. You can see the Love Island 2023 line-up in full here.
A first look at the launch episode has already given a glimpse at this year's coupling up ceremony as presenter Maya arrives by helicopter and the girls get given all the power as they choose which boy they'd like to couple up with. It will also see the contestants learn about the first twist of the series as they find out about the public's bombshell vote.
